You will need:
- A mountain
- A medium sized terrestrial planet
- An oxygen/nitrogen atmosphere
- 80,000,000 pints of water
- Several millennia
- Place the mountain and the atmosphere on the planet.
- Liberally add water until a weather system forms.
- Over the course of your millennia, gently erode the mountain.
- Drain and serve. The planet can be washed up and used to make primordial soup, if desired.
